How do I contact you for enquiries and special request?

What are your operating hours?

We are open from 9am to 6pm weekdays. However, feel free to drop us an email or message and our team will gladly respond to your queries as soon as possible!

What is your privacy and security policy?

No information collected from our users will be shared with any external entities. User information will only be used to the end of providing quality printing service and all Credit Card information will be hosted and handled by the Shopify eCommerce System. Any document softcopy uploaded/attached to the order will only be used for the purpose of printing and deleted upon completion of order.

We are capable of printing a large variety of print outs, we have purposefully limited our product listing on FlashPrint.sg to reduce clutter and confusion based on our experience with the more typicals kinds of printing required from customers. I have a special request for a print order, can that be done?

Sure! After ordering and payment, please send us an email within 1 hour with your order number and request. Alternatively, you may also call us during our operating hours . Our staff will be more than happy to work out the request.

There was an issue with my order (eg. invalid uploaded document). Help!

Please contact us via email or phone(during operating hours) as soon as possible with the order number. If the print order has been processed, we regret to say that we will be unable to provide a refund. If the print order has yet to be processed, we will refund the payment less any transactional fee.

How well will my printout match the image on my monitor?

Our printing machines are top of the line and frequently calibrated to ensure colour accuracy. For most people and to an untrained eye, color differences between the softcopy and hardcopy is barely noticable.

If there are specific requirements on color matching, we recommend that you first calibrate your screen before verifying that the image indeed has the correct colour needed. Furthermore, we encourage you to contact us before making an order so that our experienced print operators may understand your requirements more carefully. Please note that there will be additional charge for precision color matching.

Where do you deliver to?

Our free delivery is only valid within Singapore. Overseas delivery, if available, will be chargeable based on existing freight rates.

How long is the delivery time?

Our products will be delivered after 2 full working days!

How do I get free delivery (Local)?

Free delivery will be offered for local addresses on orders above S$150. Otherwise, there will be a S$5.00 delivery fee.
